Fabrizio Cioffi
Fabrizio began his love affair with flavour in London's The Spirit Cabinet. He found simply adding two simple flavours together can make something amazing and unique, and this understanding follows his passion for building recipes.
Fab moved to Edinburgh in 2016 to grow a company and express flavour. Choosing Edinburgh was easy for him for his love of the people, bars, restaurants and creativity they all show.

William Kirk
Will's career began behind bar's all around the world and finally settling in Edinburgh where his passion for spirit and brewing production evolved.
Having began as a bottler he is now our director of sales whilst studying his Masters in Brewing & Distillation at Heriot Watt University.
