Homemade grapefruit & mint syrup
Recipe for 1 liter of syrup
1Kg of Raw cane sugar
1 whole pink grapefruit
50gr of fresh mint
Cut the pink grapefruit and leave it on the side with fresh mint.
Put water in a pot and hit up until boil.
A soon the water starts to boil add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
Move away from hitting source and add all the ingredients.
Let infuse for couple of hours.
Taste and if suit your taste strain with a cheesecloth or strainer.
Bottling and store in a fridge for a week.
