We ferment, fortify, and infuse the apple molasses with herbs, spices, and botanicals for a month, creating an all natural, slightly hazy aperitif.
Its flavour profile features warm cinnamon, rich dates, dried strawberries, sweet vanilla, tart hibiscus, resulting in a complex and aromatic experience.
