Edinburgh bitter aperitivo, made in our own way.
We take a neutral grain spirit and infused it with 18 ingredients, a mixture of herbs, fruits, and botanicals with a citrus hit from, organically grown Neapolitan oranges and lemons. Burdock and cherry bark provide bitterness, while the hibiscus flower gives us a natural red colour.
The result is an aperitivo that perfectly balances sweet and bitter, making it incredibly versatile, pour it into your spritz, mix it into your favourite cocktails or serve it up over ice with a splash of soda.
